Camps & Clinics


Ages: 5-10

The G.A.M.E.S. Youth Program is a functional fitness program designed for 5-10 year olds. The goal of this program is to develop gross motor skills (running mechanics, jump and land mechanics) and develop functional strength for our young athletes. There are three stages to gross motor development – stability, locomotion, and manipulation. The program is broken down into units to build up Gross Motor Development, Agility and Balance, Mental Development, Emotional and Social Development, and Strength Development.


Advanced Division (13-19 yrs old) 1pm-2:30pm
Intermediate Division (8-13 yrs old) 2:30pm-4pm
Futures Division (4-10 yrs old) 4pm-5:30pm

The Summer Hitting League is an opportunity for hitters to compete in a six session league structure. They will receive instruction with a goal of providing an environment for hitters to compete in hitting scenarios.

Each League session will include:

  • Mental performance work establishing a confident mental approach and utilizing hitting tracking tools.
  • Hitting Instruction
  • Live Hitting Situations
  • Sports Performance/ Explosive Power Generating Movements


High School Division 4:30pm – 5:30pm (ages 14-18)

Middle School Division 5:30pm – 6:30pm (ages 11-13)

July 29th, 30th, 31st, August 1st & 2nd

The Summer Defense Bootcamp is an opportunity for fielders to fine tune their skills and compete in a five session clinic. Attendees will receive instruction with a goal of providing an environment for fielders to compete in defensive scenarios. Run by Alliance Performance Center’s Advanced Instructor and Colorado State University’s 2017 Mountain West Defense Player of the Year, Haley Gehler and assisted by Taylor Gentry and other APC Instructors!

Each day, points will be recorded and the camper with the most total points by the end of the bootcamp will win a brand-new Wilson Glove donated by Wilson!


Alliance Performance Center is excited to host Northern Colorado Sports Officials (NCSO) for a free introductory clinic to fastpitch softball umpiring.

The training will cover positioning and basic fundamentals of officiating fastpitch softball. 
Umpires are in high demand and will continue to be for years to come! 
This a great way to stay involved in the sport you love, have a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle and get paid to do it!

Instructing this clinic/training will be the Umpire in Charge for the Northern Colorado area.

Quickball is the fast-paced, “backyard” version of Softball & Baseball! Ages 3-6, Quickball is designed for kids of all skill levels and focuses on skill development, fitness and teamwork. Kids are given the opportunity to learn the basic principles of baseball/softball in a fun and inclusive environment that rewards both hustle and teamwork both on offense and defense. Sessions will focus on drills for skill development each day and the final session will be a game-like scenario. 

The Summer 2024 Program Consists of the following: 

– $160/athlete 
– 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8 total sessions) – June 18, 20, 25, 27 July 9, 11, 16, 18 
– Ages 5-6 9:30a-10:30a 
– Ages 3-4 10:30a – 11:30a
