Ages: 5-10

The G.A.M.E.S. Youth Program is a functional fitness program designed for 5-10 year olds. The goal of this program is to develop gross motor skills (running mechanics, jump and land mechanics) and develop functional strength for our young athletes. There are three stages to gross motor development – stability, locomotion, and manipulation. The program is broken down into units to build up Gross Motor Development, Agility and Balance, Mental Development, Emotional and Social Development, and Strength Development.
